How ElectroLogic Electrical Services Ltd handles information submitted through this website.

Last updated: 10 September 2026.

Who we are

ElectroLogic Electrical Services Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Our company number is 16040950. Our registered office is 109 Deer Park Gardens, Mitcham, London, CR4 4DX. For privacy questions, contact us at info@electrologic.co.uk.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you provide: name, company, email address, telephone number, site address or location, service requirement, work type, preferred date and description of the work or problem. Required fields are needed to assess and respond to your enquiry. We also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the form, including its anti-spam checks.

Please do not include unnecessary sensitive or personal information in the free-text description field. For example, do not provide health information, financial details, identity-document details or information about other people unless it is genuinely necessary for your enquiry.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to assess, respond to and manage your enquiry, prepare quotations where requested, and communicate about potential or agreed work. Where you ask us to provide a quotation or take steps towards a contract, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other enquiry handling and prospective customer communications, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, maintaining appropriate records and managing our services. We do not use website enquiry information for unrelated marketing purposes.

How the website and enquiry delivery work

This website is hosted and deployed using Vercel. Vercel provides the website hosting and server-side infrastructure used to receive an enquiry submission. The form then sends the enquiry by email through Resend to enquiries@electrologic.co.uk. The website does not use a database set up to store contact-form submissions; the submission is transmitted for email delivery and may then be retained in our business email and records systems.

We share information only with people who need it to respond to your request or operate the enquiry service, with Vercel and Resend in providing those services, and with professional advisers, insurers, regulators or authorities where necessary or required by law.

International transfers

Vercel and Resend may process personal data outside the UK in providing their services. Vercel's published data processing addendum says that its primary processing facilities are in the United States and that it may process data where it or its subprocessors operate. Where a transfer mechanism is required, Vercel's terms incorporate the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses. Resend's published data processing addendum says that its primary processing operations are in the United States and that ex-UK transfers are made under UK standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum. These are recognised safeguards for restricted transfers where applicable. You can read Vercel's data processing addendum and Resend's data processing addendum.

How long we keep information

Enquiry-only information that does not become part of a customer or job record may be retained for up to 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a quotation, customer, job, invoice, certificate or other business record, we may keep the relevant information for longer where required for contractual, accounting, tax, regulatory or legal purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information (access); ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information (rectification); ask us to delete information in certain circumstances (erasure); ask us to limit how we use it (restriction); receive information you provided in a structured, commonly used format and ask for it to be transferred where the right applies (portability); and object to processing based on our legitimate interests. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions.

To exercise a right or raise a concern, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator. You can find complaint information and contact details at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Security and updates

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this notice when our processing or legal obligations change; the current version will always be available on this page.
